This is a TALL Bracket. The Tall Driver Side (Left Side) Bracket was created because the 350Z has an uneven floor which limits how low the Passenger Side (Right Side) bracket can sit. The Tall bracket sits about 1.5 inches lower than the Passenger Side. Planted Technology does not make a Driver Side Bracket that sits even with the Passenger Side because it would be too tall for the majority of drivers. For drivers who are not concerned with sitting lower in the car, but are concerned with how the driver and passenger seats look in relation to each other, the Tall Bracket is recommended. The LOW version is great when head room is an issue, but the passenger seat will obviously sit higher… So if you want a more even look, get the LOW version
